Privacy, terms and the boring truth
This is a plain language draft written by the project, not by a lawyer, and it has not been reviewed by one. Before this project accepts a single real response it needs review in the jurisdictions it operates in. Treat everything below as the intent, not as legal advice.
What we collect
- Your answers to the survey, all of which are pre set options or bands.
- A one way salted hash of your wallet address, used only to enforce one response per wallet.
- A one way salted hash of your IP address and a coarse device signature, used only to detect farming.
- How long you took to complete the form.
- Your token balance at the moment of verification, used only for eligibility.
- Name, email, phone number, postal address, country, city, or date of birth.
- Exchange accounts, identity documents, or anything used for KYC.
- Your seed phrase or private keys. Nothing on this site can move your funds, ever.
- Analytics from third party advertising networks. There are none on this site.
What we do with it
- Publish free aggregate statistics. Any cell with fewer than five responses is suppressed.
- Licence an anonymised dataset to third parties. Wallet hashes, IP hashes, device signatures, exact timestamps and raw free text are stripped before any export. See the dataset page for the exact schema.
- Pay rewards in SOL to the wallet you verified.
- Detect and exclude farming.
We do not sell a link between a wallet and its answers, because we do not keep one in a form that can be exported. Licensees are contractually forbidden from attempting re-identification and from reselling.
Your choices
- Filling in the survey is voluntary. Nothing happens if you do not.
- Any question can be answered "Decline" where that option is offered. The free text box is optional.
- You can delete your response yourself, immediately, by proving control of the same wallet. The button is below. Once a response has been folded into a published aggregate or a delivered export, that copy cannot be recalled, which is why the export contains nothing identifying in the first place.
- Rewards already paid are not reversed on deletion.
- One thing survives deletion, and we are telling you rather than hiding it. The one way hash of your wallet is kept, on its own, with nothing attached to it. Without that, deleting a response would free the wallet to file and be paid again, which would be a paid farming loop and would let one person appear in the dataset many times. The retained hash cannot be reversed into your address, is never exported, and answers exactly one question: has this wallet already been counted.
Prove the wallet is yours and your response is deleted immediately. No email, no form, no waiting on us to action it.
The token and the rewards
- $SURVEY is a memecoin. It has no intrinsic value, no yield, no revenue share, and no expectation of profit created by anyone running this project.
- Rewards are discretionary distributions of pump.fun creator fees. They are not wages, not a security, not a dividend, and not guaranteed. If fee income stops, rewards stop.
- The rate per response can change as fee income changes. Changes are announced before they take effect and apply only to responses filed afterwards. The current rate is 0.02 SOL.
- Holding the token is an eligibility requirement for the survey and is not an investment in anything.
- Buying a token to qualify for a reward is not a trade that makes sense. Do not do it.
- Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Who can take part
- You must be old enough to legally hold and trade crypto assets where you live.
- Do not take part if you are in a jurisdiction where holding this token is prohibited.
- One response per person. Multiple wallets controlled by one person is farming and gets voided.
- Deliberately false answers poison a dataset built to be honest. Do not bother filling it in.
If this is not fun any more
This survey asks about tilt, sleep, and whether trading has damaged something in your life, in Part D and in Supplement 3. We ask because nobody has the numbers. If answering those questions made you uncomfortable, that is worth paying attention to.
- BeGambleAware — free, confidential, UK based, advice applies broadly
- Gamblers Anonymous — meeting locator, most countries
- Find A Helpline — crisis lines by country
